Delivery failed on an e-mail

I have an e-mail that was returned, delivery failed, it needs to be deleted as it would not be appropriate to send now.
Hello, Thank you for your question about email delivery failure. Was there a specific kind of failure message? If the message "bounced back" with an error, that would be something you would want to submit to Live Support, so they can analyze the cause. Or, if the message was denied for another reason, we would want to get more information about where you sent the message from, whether it was your email application, or if there was a temporary service disruption.
