Running golang and docker in Shared Business Hosting

Am I allowed to running golang and docker in Shared Business Hosting?
What is the best plan if I have these requirements?

Hello Syip, Thanks for your question about running Golang and docker. When I checked the requirments for golang it says that CenTOS is not supported. CentOS is the flavor Linux used on our hosting servers. Docker does appear to be supported, but does require a static IP and more memory than what is normally set for users on a shared server.
