Undeliverable / the following recipients cannot be reached

My emails keep getting returned with this message from: System Administrator.
Subject: Undeliverable: Coffee on Thursday?
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: FW: Coffee on Thursday?
Sent: 3/1/2017 8:21 AM
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
[email protected] on 3/1/2017 8:21 AM
None of your email accounts could send to this recipient.

In the course of the day, I might sent 8 emails to the same person, and 1 will be returned to me with this message. Sometimes the person is part of a group, and other times not.

I need help!

Sorry to hear you're not able to deliver messages to some recipients. We would need to be able to see the full bounce-back in order to get details as to why your email could not be delivered. Or, you can provide the email addresses used for the sender and recipient. However, if you want to handle it privately, then, please submit a support ticket through the Account Management Panel (AMP). Please provide us a little more information and then we can investigate the issue in more depth.
