group emails not sending

We use a POS system (Insight) for our business. You are hosing our web site and email service. When we email clients directly through Insight we cannot send out in batches of approximately 10 or more. Our system will freeze then say not all emails were able to send.

We have contacted our POS company and all fields in their server settings are filled out correctly. Furthermore we just switched to your hosting service from Yahoo where we were not having this issue.

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with your email sending out. Unfortunately, the public Support Center cannot assist with account specific issues. What you will want to do, however, is contact our Live Support team with the specifics.

If you can provide them with a single email address as a sample, the support team will be able to take a look at the server's email logs to see if an email send was attempted. If it was, it should have some sort of error code in the logs to help identify the problem.

Be sure to let them know if the emails are sent with a list of less than ten but does not when the list is larger than ten.
