How can i get the list or details of the outgoing mails which are blocked in my spamassassin

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding accessing the mail logs for Spam Assassin. Spam Assassin logs will be included in the "/var/log/exim_mainlog" file. Thank you, John-Paul
