How Does InMotion Hosting Support Use My Primary Email Address?

Today, a support representative sent me an email with information related to a phone call. It automatically went to our Primary Email address on file since that was the only one listed. I added another email address in the field marked Email 1. I'd like Support emails to go here as well.

Will this automatically happen moving forward?

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding your email accounts. Support has the ability to send out an email to multiple recipients, but you must let them know when you contact them. Otherwise, it will go to the primary email address by default. This is because emails from support are sent manually (when needed) based on your contact with them. Thank you, John-Paul
