Unable to point to hosting with Hover.com domain linked to Office 365

I have a domain registered in hover.com. I also have Office 365 linked to it. I wanted to host my website on inmotion hosting, however I'm unable to link the domain to the host. I want to change the DNS settings, either in hover.com or Office 365, to point to my hosting in inmotion. As Office 365 is managing my domain, the hover.com domain's nameservers point to Office 365. Inside Office 365, I am trying to create an A record that points to inmotion. I am required to input a static IP address (and not a dynamic IP address) in Office 365. Is the static IP address the same as the shared IP address I see on cPanel or should I input the nameserver IP? What do I need to do in hover.com's DNS settings - should I create another A record in hover.com or should I delete all the A records and keep only the Office 365 DNS records?

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding issues pointing your domain to our servers. Yes, you should be able to point to your Shared IP address with an 'A record'. This should cause all web traffic to resolve to your server with InMotion. Be sure that you do not change your Office 365 settings, if you want to continue using it their service. Thank you, John-Paul
