Unable to receive email

I just created a new email address but I'm unable to receive. I can send without issues. I can also receive when sending from the same newly created email address.

Sending from any other email to my new one at inmotion does not work. I have tested webmail and my own clients and the email is never received.

No success on receiving email.

Sorry for the problems with email. Based on the URL you associated with the question, the email is not being served by us. It is set for Google Mail. If you are using Google Mail, then make sure that your MX settings are set to REMOTE in cPanel. If that is not set, then email is still considered as being handled locally. If your email is supposed to be served through our hosting service, then we need the domain name that you are using so that we can investigate the issue further.
