Can't receive incoming email

I recently set up a new email account on my domain. I am using the Roundcube webmail client. I followed the instructions to set up the proper settings. I am able to send outgoing email fine, but cannot receive any incoming mail. I receive timeout messages back to Yahoo and Gmail about a day after trying to send test emails to the account. Any ideas?

Hello Jeff,

Thank you for your question regarding inbound email. I looked at your domains DNS and it seems that you have multiple A records setup and your MX records are going to your primary A record which is not our servers. You will need to make an A record called mail.domain.com and set it to our servers. Then change your MX records to mail.domain.com.
