Problems with Next Gen/Next Gen Pro Gallery By Photograti

I have a few issues. First is when I upload pics, some need rotated. When I rotate them some do not rotate on the screen but do in the thumb nail. Some are rotated right with the screen but not on the thumb nail. Some no matter what do I cannot get them to rotate correctly. It also seems to take a lot time to rotate. I have had a little success sometimes deleting and reinstalling. But a few still do not work. Second when I upload a photo and I view them on the site, they view small even though they are large formatted pics. This only happens to a few of the pictures. Third I have purchased Next Gen Pro and when I try to chose one of the options in the manage gallery it always goes back to the Next Gen default. Please help me with these issues.

Hello mlewis1917, Thank you for your contacting us about a issues with images in the Next Gen 3rd party Gallery plugin. Here is a helpful link to the official nextgen guide on Rotating Images. I tested this with the "non-pro" version on a clean installation of WordPress, and it is working for me as described. If you are using a thumbnail generating plugin (such as TimThumb), it may be resizing the images. The size images display on a site is also controlled by the CSS of the theme. This means no matter what size the image is, the theme can set them to display a specific size to fit within the theme. You can change themes, or or custom-code/develop a theme of your own if you can't find one to fit your needs. I recommend following our WordPress troubleshooting guide to help provide specific clues, and narrow down the cause. Also, I recommend contacting the plugin developer regarding issues with "Next Gen pro" since it requires purchase. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, John-Paul
