Web Mail Interface - Sent Items

Can you set the webmail interfaces to sync with outlook desktop applications. specifically, I'd like to be able to see an email in my sent folder on my desktop that I've sent from my webmail interface. We are using a POP email service Outlook

If you want webmail to synchronize with everything in Outlook, you will need to change your Outlook client settings to use IMAP protocol instead of POP3.
