Domain Management- editiing phone numbers for Registrant/Admin Contact

I am attempting to update the phone number information associated with my domains. I was able to change the number in the Admin details in the AMP site. However, when I checked everything at ICANN WHOIS, while the ADMIN Contact section has been updated, there is another section named REGISTRANT CONTACT, which I cannot find anything to maintain within AMP to change that number. I went to billing and fixed that phone number, but I do not know where to go from here. Second question, to maintain the information for a protected domain, do I need to disable the privacy first, make the changes, then enable the privacy again. The information in the domain management states that you should not disable domain privacy.

It looks like you've done everything correctly, however, as you discovered, editing the registrant contact for a domain requires special access. As the manager of your domain registration we'll need to change that from here. I suggest contacting Live Support so you can provide us with the correct information you need to have updated.
