WP lightbox plugin not working correctly

I'm using the latest version of Wordpress. I installed the plugin "WP Video lightbox" and have unsuccessfully tried to use it to launch videos in lightboxes. Instead of launching in lightboxes the links direct users to the external YouTube pages where the videos are hosted. I've tried using both the shortcode and an embedded HTML link, both with the same result.

I've used the plugin on other web hosts and it has worked. Does anyone know how to get it to work? Or can anyone recommend a Wordpress plugin that can launch videos in lightboxes that will work on a site hosted by InMotion?

Hello acusfo5, Thank you for contacting us about issues using the WP Video Lightbox. On their plugin page, they provide the following embed code: 
[video_lightbox_youtube video_id="G7z74BvLWUg" width="640" height="480" anchor="http://www.example.com/images/youtube-thumb.jpg"]
I'm not sure which method you are currently using, but I recommend trying this one. When I add this code (with my youtube video and thumbnail address), it works successfully on our servers. If your problems persist, there may be a conflict occurring with on of your other Plugins, or Theme. Our WordPress Troubleshooting guide will help you narrow down the cause.
