Stats Program Is Locked Out by Administrator

When I go to my cPanel and try to choose a Log Program, I get the following error:


Stats program is locked out by administrator.

The Choose Log Program option is used for an individual cPanel user to choose what log programs are available to them. By default Awstats, Logaholic, and Webalizer are all enabled for a user to read their stats from. This error is caused by the specific cPanel user not being allowed to choose what stats programs are displayed and which are not. It is not an error to be concerned with if the cPanel user wants the 3 default programs to be enabled within their cPanel account. On a shared server, Awstats, Logaholic, and Webalizer are all available to the user. Unfortunately, the Choose Log Program option is not available to any shared hosting accounts as this would effect all users on the server. Within a VPS or dedicated hosting account with root access, the owner of the VPS can change this option to allow the user to change which log programs are available to them within cPanel. This can be done by going to Home >> Server Configuration >> Statistics Software Configuration in WHM, then adjusting the options under User Permissions. If you are on a VPS or dedicated server and do not have root access, our support team over chat, phone, or email can also change this for you within your configuration if you would like them to.
