Email Notification not working properly in WooCommerce

When customers order from my site I do not get a NEW ORDER email confirmation from there order. I've tried checking my the settings on WooCommerce-Settings-Email which is all correct. I've also tried using my gmail email instead of my STP email and that still did not work. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hello, Sorry to hear you are having issues with your mails sending from your WordPress site. This is most often due to the need for SMTP to send from the server. Look for and add an SMTP plugin to your site. You can then use the email settings to set it up. This should help with the issue and the emails should send. Kindest Regards, Scott M
