BoldGrid sign in does not accept my credentials.
How would you rate the customer service you received?

The problem is not pass words. The site has been rejecting my sign ins even though I KNOW my pass words. This happens every time I want to make a change. I thought it was fixed in January, 2019 but here we go again. Same problem. I can't log in.
