2. and also to white label it on my own logo and designs, themes. i need an assistance in your in-house developer.

Hello, Have you already installed WordPress and need to convert it to multisite, or will be doing a freh installation? Doing so from a fresh installation is quite simple with Softaculous in which you can just select the chechbox labeled Enable Multisite within the installation options.
