Error Upgrading Prestashop 1.6

Hello everyone, I am new here .
Tried to upgrade to prestashop 1.6.0.9 from 1.5.5.0 VIA 1-Click-Upgrade .
I tried everything. red manuals and guides, tried to install the 1.5.6 and tried with .zip file via FileZilla but nothing.

When the installer done with becking up my database, I get an error that some files can't be copied or modify/upgraded.

I tried to deal with the permissions from FTP but PrestShop's 1 Click module has a list of 5000 files that will be modify through the upgrade and its an Endless job to set permissions individualy to each and every folder & file.

maybe I am wrong, but this is the latest error I am getting:
"Error while copying file /admin0776/ajax-tab.php
Error when trying to upgrade file /admin0776/ajax-tab.php."

more then that, It keeps sending me errors when I tried to Rollback and now my website is under maintanance mode but when I am trying to view it, it's a blanj page. I guess due to the upgrade interrapt / files that has been deleted.

Hello, Sorry to hear that you're having problems with the upgrade. There can be any number of problems when upgrading from PrestaShop 1.5x to PrestaShop 1.6x. It is therefore very difficult to give you direct assistance in this matter. One of the main sugggestions to start would be to https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/prestashop-15/set-configure-catalog-modes/enable-error-reporting">enable error reporting.. I would also read through the PrestaShop forums as other customers may have reported the same problem that you are having. Once you get error reporting activated, you may also get to see a useful message for troubleshooting the problem. I do apologize that we don't have a direct answer for the problem you're having with the upgrade, but I hope that this next step will help lead to the resolution of the issue.
