Filezilla 530 Login Error

I cannot get filezilla to connect to our servers.

When I enter the normal login information it is giving me:
Response: 530 Login authentication error
Error: critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

Please help, we need to get something on the website
This error is caused by an incorrect password. If you are logging in as your cPanel user, verify that you are able to log into cPanel and reset your password if needed.

If you are using another FTP user, ensure that the username and password is correct. You may also need to reset your password.

In addition, ensure that you are correcting to the correct location. Typically, your server location will simply be your domain.
