I am unable to log into webmail

I have successfully logged in, but am concerned that if I log out, I may not be able to login again. So I have left my first session open, but each time I try to login again, I am unsuccessful. Does this mean that I must close the first session before I can open a second one? (I use Windows 7 and browse with Firefox.)

You may open as many sessions as you like, but you may be prompted to log in again when doing so. If you are unable to log in, be sure that your username and password are correct. Your username will be the full email address such as [email protected] and your password would be whatever you defined when setting up the account. If you are unsure of your password, you may also reset it via cPanel.
