Hello Scindyadebarros,

Thanks for the question about re-activating your site.  If it's been suspended, then you need to reply to the email that was sent.  If it's been deactivated due to expiring domains or because you let the subscription lapse, then you will need to do a few things before it can be re-activated.

First, you will need to make sure the domain name is up-to-date and still properly registered.  If it expired and you let it sit too long, then it may have gone into a redemption period. If the domain was registered through InMotion, then this period lasts about 100 days.  You would need to pay the fee to have it restored, or you will need to wait 100 days before you can register domain again.

Once the account has been removed from our servers, then so will any existing files. If you don't have a backup, then it may be possible that your files are not recoverable. You will need to inquire with our live technical support team for further assistance on that issue.  Otherwise, you will need to upload your site files .

I hope this helps to answer your question. If you need further assistance, please let us know!

Kindest regards,
Arnel C.
