copying an account

Hi,

We have copied grandsouq.com to our VPS and we noticed that there are some differences between the disk space of the old and new. Why is this hapenning ? and what is the ideal way to copy the whole account without losing any data?

To do so, you would need to contact our support department at [email protected] with that request.
