WP successfully migrated but not working correctly

I finally have my Wordpress files and db sorted out correctly. When I use my temp URL to access my site, I'm brought to my wordpress site's 404 page. So, the actual theme in working but none of the links work. Also, none of the relative links work. Can you help me to see what's going on?

Note: I developed this site locally using ServerPress and then migrated it to InMotion. The links somehow seemed to be still tied to the development URL that is only available on my local computer. How can I fix this so it works with my temp URL from InMotion?

Hello accessgroup, Here is our article on how to get the Wordpress to work with the Temp URL. Once you do that and are able to get into the dashboard, you may also want to reset your permalinks (change them to default setting, save, then change them back to your desired setting) so that they also do not give a 404 error.
