I cannot see the wordpress installation page just after my ftp session

Hi Pls i need help.
quick explanation: 1) i designed my website on my localhost wordpress using bitnami
2) now that i want to launch the site online, i downloaded a new wordpress app and uploaded it using ftp to my inmotion server.
3) After the upload i visited the site online for the first time it didn't show the wordpress set up page but a "website coming soon note ...**If you own this site, your new web hosting account is now activated!
Please make sure to replace this page with your own index.htm page."

so now i need help with
1) how to replace the page with my own index.htm page
2) How do i get all my wordpress files on my localhost inside bitnami to my online wordpress account because am sure it'll definitely be empty even when i get access to it.

Hello, Thank you for your question about replacing your index.htm file. You can do so by renaming the index.htm file. You will want to make sure that your WordPress index.php file is in the same folder as the index.htm that you are replacing. Next, you will want to move your WordPress site from your local computer to your hosting account with us. Gratefully, Casey B.
