Why our VPS account 48 hours not working ?!
We contact the technical support many time but there is no any clear answer when the service will back and it's stopped ... all our client complain this is first time we get such this service from inmotion ... We need to know what happen on the server ... Why all our websites not working!
Thank you for your question about your VPS not working for 48 hours. It appears that there is a routing issue with the main IP for your server that lies outside of our network. However, I have confirmed with our Systems Administration team that they are aware of your issue, and are working to resolve it as quickly as they can.
