When will php 7.1.0 be available?

In cPanel I can select to use php version 7.1.0RC4. Version 7.1.0 is now Generally Available: http://php.net/archive/2016.php#id2016-12-01-3. When will I be able to select this GA version?

Hello henk.verlinde, Thanks for your question about PHP versions. We do not have a finite date yet when that version will be available in the switcher. However, if you have a VPS/Dedicated plan you can contact Live Support to request a system-default PHP upgrade. Best, Christopher M.
