How to go from BoldGrid to WordPress

I recently signed up for Inmotion web hosting and was set up for BoldGrid. Subsequently, I found and loaded a non-BoldGrid theme. How do I not use BoldGrid and see WordPress controls instead? For example, BoldGrid won't allow me to create a STAGE instance of my website, because BoldGrid Inspirations doesn't see my site as a BoldGrid deployment.

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding going from BoldGrid to WordPress. Here is a link to the official guide on How to Restore the WordPress Admin Menu. You can still install a staging site that is not BoldGrid, but you must install a BoldGrid Theme through "Inspirations" first. This will set up the staging environment. Then you can choose a different theme for the staging site. Thank you, John-Paul
