New Member Wordpress problem
Hello, I just signed up a few hours ago, got my site transferred and now can't log into my site with the username and password you guys sent me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your question on logging into your WordPress site. If you had a site transferred and it involved importing a WordPress database, then you likely do not have access with the original username and password we provided. You would use the admin username and password from the site you transferred.
Other than advising how to log into WordPress, we cannot help with specifics here in public. You would need to check with our Live Support if you want to see if a specific username is in the database.
You can also check the wp_users table for your WordPress database via the phpmyadmin tool in your cPanel if you like. From there you can see the usernames and email addresses you have on file. Then you know which username to enter and which email address to use to reset the password if necessary.
