Reg: Dashboard login details

Hii there
I have uploaded phplist mailing application in server and got dashboard but I dont have user name and password when I provide default username as admin and password as phplist it shows incorrect message. when I request for forget password by giving my mail id it show reset password link as been sent to my mail but i dont get any mails
please let me know how to login
