Resources were limited for your site
Yesterday I access the Resource Usage Overview Panel and I had the following message:
“You had 2048 I/O usage out of 2048 max I/O usage allowed”
I didn’t had time to ask what means that and today I find in the Resource Usage Overview Panel:
“ Your site has been limited within the past 24 hours
CPU resources were limited for your site
Virtual memory resources were limited for your site"
I keep getting messages from Monitis:
PROBLEM Alert
Service: HTTP
URL: http://example.com
Name: example.com
Group Name: Default
Date/Time: 3-8-2016 18:42:53 (GMT - 3)
Additional Information: Connection to host: "example.com" (IP 104.193.xxx.xx) timed out after 10 seconds
Failures From: US-MID, Brazil
I don’t send mail I use Gmail.
I have comments disable.
Only one user in the backend. Login out when not editing.
Editing when there is no traffic, 5am to 8am.

Disable wp autosave
I have a shared Pro Plan Web Hosting.
Use wp multisite install: only for a bilingual site.
Plugins: Wordfence, Yoast Seo, Yoast Analytics, Better WordPress Minify, Contact Form 7, Multisite Language Switcher, Regenerate Thumbnails, Responsive Loghtbox, UpdraftPlus - Backup/Restore, W3 Total Cache, WP-PageNavi, Simple Sitemap
