Unable to connect to FTP - getting different errors

I've downloaded the xml document, imported it into Filezilla and followed the other instructions but receive the errors: "ECONNREFUSED", "Network error: Connection refuesed" and "Could not connect to server."

Hello, Thank you for your question on FTP. What settings minus any passwords are you using to connect to your server via FTP. You may also want to try and contact our support team via a chat or phone call while you try to perform the connection as they can view the logs live while you try to connect. Best Regards, TJ Edens
