Changing header details in PrestaShop

I want to add the phone and the business name, Omis Medics, to the newly bought and installed template. Your support centre advised me to make the change through Prestashop admininstration. I did this and saved the change, but it only shows in Prestashop, not on the website. If you go to the website at omismedics.com, you will see the block right at the top with the information Medical Equipment and a phone number, which came as part of the template. I need to add the business name, Omis Medocs to this block and to change the displayed phone number to the correct one. How do I do that?

Hello, Thank you for your question on adding your business name to your PrestaShop site. You say you added information that did not appear on the site, but did in PrestaShop. It appears your site is entirely PrestaShop so I am unsure of what you mean there. You should be able to change the number via the theme, by visiting the Preferences >> Themes section of your admin area. The theme settings should be there so you can change the information, however as we do not have the theme, I cannot be 100% certain. As for adding information that is not already presented in the Theme settings, that would not be possible from within the back office. You would need to have someone modify the code of the theme, though that is not recommended. Kindest Regards, Scott M
