How to login via SSH to business hosting account?

It says on the Business Hosting web page that SSH access is provided for the hosting plans. However, it's unclear to me how to do this.

Most of the support pages mention a WHM configuration which require a plan that is higher than Business Hosting plans.

I tried the basic command via Terminal:
ssh [email protected]
ssh [email protected]

But nothing happens. SSH is just stuck. What do I need to do?
I am on a Mac and using the command line Terminal to SSH. Does SSH only support Putty?
