Error response with my Contact Form on my website (WP-Contact Form 7)

When users use my contact form to fill out their contact info for inquiries they get an error message * PLEASE FIX THE ERRORS AND SEND AGAIN THE MESSAGE* I've tried calling customer support with InMotionHosting and they (and advance tech support) could not figure it out. Has anyone experienced this with their site? Any thoughts?

Hello, Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Contact Form 7 sending. I have tested a bit and see that the issue occurs once the "Send" button has been pressed. The issue does not seem to be with any of the fields, as they all passed validation. I am not able to locate the error message in the code to see what specifically was triggering it. However, since it does occur right after the send, I assume it may have something to do with the mailing process. WordPress does not use SMTP by default. This is needed to send emails from our servers. You will want to look for an SMTP plugin for WordPress and install it. After that, set up the normal SMTP Email settings just as you would set up your email program. Once that is done, I believe that may help the form send. Kindest Regards, Scott M
