Why isn't my FormMail script working?

Hi and thanks in advance! I'm trying to setup FormMail ala http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/email/send-email-from-a-page/how-to-set-up-formmail.
My contact form seems to work okay and goes to the redirect page but I never get the email -- have tried both /usr/lib/sendmail and /usr/sbin/sendmail for the sendmail path. Probably something easy that I'm missing.... Tried chatting with inmotionhosting tech support but that resulting in him sending me links to the stuff I started with and then telling me it's not his problem (which is true).

Any troubleshooting suggestions will be much appreciated!

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for posting a question. I'm sorry you are having trouble with FormMail. I'm more than happy to help you today.

I looked at your contact form and noticed a few things that need to be changed. Since your working off your temp URL to test the website, you'll want to use the full URL to the path of the FormMail script. Also, the correct path to sendmail is: /usr/lib/sendmail

I created a FormMail2.pl file and a contact2.html file with the correct changes in them so I could test it out. I've successfully received the email. You can use those (and change the email address since it's pointed to mine) or refer to the code in which I changed.
