I have the business account that is on a secure server and I need to have SSL to process membership payments. Do I need to purchase a dedicated SSL certificate or can I use the shared SSL server for this? Thanks for your assistance.

Hello phenonenalimage,

Thank you for your question. If you need an SSL and you are on a shared server, you can almost always use either the shared SSL or purchase a Dedicated SSL. The exception to this would be if you are using a Content Management System such as WordPress, OpenCart, PrestaShop, etc. as they rely on a single domain name to work properly. The shared SSL has a different domain name involved because it is tied directly to the server.

Kindest Regards,
