Hello Ga_User,

I just checked the server certificate and it is valid. I also talked with the T2c techs and checked to see if there had been a change in IP or update in certificate. Neither has been done per the techs. If the certificate information had been cleared on your end, then it's possible that your computer is seeing the server for the first time and thinks it's not secure because it "thinks" it's the first time it's attempted to connect to the https URL. However, as far we can see here, the certificate is valid, and you need only verify on your end so that you won't see that message any further. If you want review with live technical support, you're more than welcome to use email, chat or a phone call to verify that there is no problem with the SSL certificate on that server.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
