We are unable to upload catalogs in our oscommerce after the migration . And the speed is very slow .Kindly assist

Hello,

Apologies for the problem with being unable to upload catalogs into osCommerce after you migration. Unfortunately, in order to address this issue, you will need to respond to the Website Transfer email so that the website transfer team can address the problem. This will help to keep future problems of this sort to a minimum and allow the transfer team to identify if there is an issue with their processes. Please respond to the email that they have sent to you in regards to the completion of the transfer, and describe the problem that you are having to them. Our apologies that we cannot deal with that issue directly in the Support Center website.
