Unfortunately, we have no tutorials on Joomla 1.5 for upgrading; However, you can check the Joomla documentation at the following link on this.

http://docs.joomla.org/Migrating_from_Joomla_1.5_to_Joomla_2.5

That link has a good step by step instruction on how.
