I'm having trouble uploading my site where can I find the correct name for the root server?

I'm trying to upload my website to the internet. I'm using dreamweaver and I cant seem to access my root directory correctly? Do you know where I can find this?

Hello ReelVisionMM,

Usually, when I hear this issue, the problem is that you created an FTP account to access the public_html folder. You need to use the master FTP account which is based on your Cpanel user and password. I'll send you your Cpanel user name in an email from your account. You will need to set your password in the Account Management Panel (AMP) or call into technical support to have it reset if you don't know it.

If you use the right user name and password, then you'll be able to access the root directory in FTP.
