How to send an Email Limit Exception Request<\/h2>\n

  1. Log into your Account Management Panel (AMP ) interface<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the Request Email Limit Exemption<\/strong> icon.\"Click<\/li>\n
  3. The next screen will ask for information related to your request. Please select your subscription and fill in all the information as thoroughly as possible.\n

    What domain will be sending out the list?<\/th>\nThis is the name of the website that will be sending out the emails, such as example.com<\/em>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    How many emails do you plan to send out?<\/th>\nThis is normally the size of your email list. If you have 500 members, then the number here will be 500.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    How often will these emails be sent?<\/th>\nList whether you plan on sending these emails out on a daily, weekly, monthly, or other basis.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    What is the source of the emails?<\/th>\nDescribe how you collected the email addresses. (from your site, did you purchase them, etc)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Where is the \u201cOpt Out\u201d link in each email?<\/th>\nEvery bulk mail is required to have an \u201copt out\u201d or \u201cunsubscribe\u201d link. Describe where yours is.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    What software do you plan to use to send your mail?<\/th>\nList the program that will be handling the email list. For example you may be using phplist.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    What methods will you use to \u2018rate limit\u2019 the mailing list as it is sent out?<\/th>\nSending out a large number of emails at once can slow the server. You will want to send them out in smaller batches. This is known as \u2018rate limiting\u2019. Describe how you will accomplish that here.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li>\n
  4. Once you are done, click the Submit<\/strong> button. This will send the information in an email to our Support department.
