You can also add or delete orders. Follow the steps below to learn\nhow to use this feature within the WooCommerce interface.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"alert alert-info\">The Preview option is used to quickly view a WooCommerce Order, but it can also be used to change the status of the order. When an order payment is immediately completed, then it will be automatically set to processing. At this point, if the <b>WooCommerce Shipping<\/b> options are properly set, then the order will be ready to be processed for delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"article_list wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"\/support\/edu\/wordpress\/logging-into-wordpress-dashboard\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Log in to your WordPress dashboard<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <b>WooCommerce<\/b><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <b>Orders<\/b><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll through your orders and find the one that you want to preview<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>When you look at the line for the order look for the <b>Date<\/b> column.  \nNext to the date, you will see an icon resembling an eye. Click on the <b>eye<\/b>.  \nYou will see the preview of the order appear in a summary format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"org4d81654\">Adding a Manual Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\nWooCommerce is designed to accept orders for your products in a very\nsimple, straightforward way. However, there may be an occasion in\nwhich you will need to manually add an order on behalf of a customer.\nFollow along with the steps below to add the order.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"article_list wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log into your dashboard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under <i>WooCommerce<\/i>, click <strong>Orders<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the Orders page, click <b>Add Order<\/b><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in the General, Billing, and\/or Shipping Details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add products via the <b>Add item(s)<\/b> button <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click calculate total to see the final price<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <b>Save Order<\/b> when ready<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>\nIn the general details section, you can control some of the basic\ninformation about the order. You can change the date of the order, the\nstatus, as well as the customer who is purchasing this item.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nThe billing and shipping information can be inherited automatically\nfrom the customer\u2019s, edited if necessary, or added manually. Remember,\nyour customers can also edit their accounts from there.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nYou now know how to manually add orders in WooCommerce.  After the\ncompletion of an order (or, with hope, many orders), you will want to\ncircle back around to gather data. This can be a critical tool when building\nand tracking marketing or sales campaigns.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"article_list wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log into your dashboard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <b>WooCommerce<\/b> then <b>Reports<\/b> in the navigation menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will then be on the order report page and can choose if you want to view sales by \n    <b>date<\/b>, <b>product<\/b>, and <b>category<\/b>. You also have the option to \n    view <b>coupons by date<\/b> and <b>Customer downloads<\/b>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the time period you want to view the report for. Choose from <b>year<\/b>, <b>last month<\/b>, <b>this month<\/b>, <b>last 7 days<\/b>, or a <b>custom<\/b> timeframe. If you enter a custom time-frame you must click the <b>Go<\/b> button.
