In this tutorial we will show you how to create a new page in Mambo. New pages can be created in specific sections or categories in Mambo.<\/div>\n

In my tests I am adding a page to the\u00a0Getting Started<\/em>\u00a0section. In the Image below you will notice there are currently only 3 pages in the Getting Started section.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

  1. Login to the Admin section for Mambo<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Roll your mouse over Content\u00a0<\/strong>and click\u00a0All Content Articles<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. On the next page click the New<\/strong> button.

  4. An Item Details<\/em> menu will come up, fill in the fields as needed. Below is a description of the available fields.

    Option<\/th>\nDescription<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n
    Title<\/td>\nEnter the title for the page you are creating, it will be displayed on the top of the page.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Title Alias<\/td>\nWhat you enter here will be part of the URL.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Section<\/td>\nChoose what section you want this article to be in. In my tests I am choosing Getting Started<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Category<\/td>\nChoose if you want this article under a Category. In my tests when I chose the Getting Started Section this also updated to Getting Started<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li>\n
  5. Fill in the first large field with your Intro content. There is another Main Text<\/em> field underneath, this field is optional.

  6. Click the Save<\/strong> button to record your changes. You will now see your new page listed in the section you selected. In my first picture there were only 3 pages in the Getting Started section, now you can see 4.
