VPS and Dedicated server accounts can include multiple cPanel accounts. Occasionally, there is a need to merge cPanel accounts. However, this may cause an issue with the merged accounts if you are using the temporary URL. Typically, a temporary URL is in this format:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>https:\/\/server#.inmotionhosting.com\/~username<\/strong><br><strong>Example:  <em>https:\/\/ecbiz250.inmotionhosting.com\/~examp5<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When cPanels are merged, the other cPanel accounts that being merged become addon domains in the primary cPanel account. If you were using the temporary URL for a cPanel account that was merged and became an addon domain then you would need to use the temporary URL of the primary domain. Or, you may want to use the actual URL. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The temporary URL references the files within the <strong>PUBLIC_HTML<\/strong> folder &#8211; the default location of website files for the cPanel account. Addon domains create folders under the public_html folder.
