Softaculous makes installing the WordPress<\/a> content management system (CMS) easier. This allows cPanel users to install a new WordPress website with groups of plugins and\/or themes for specific purposes (e.g. security<\/a>, optimization<\/a>, podcasting<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also restore WordPress sets by importing a Softaculous backup<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below we\u2019ll cover how to create WordPress plugin\/theme sets<\/a> and install plugin\/theme sets<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WordPress Plugin and Theme Sets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to WHM<\/a> as user root<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. On the left, select Softaculous \u2013 Instant Installer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. On the left, select Settings<\/strong>, then General<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Beside Choose Theme<\/strong>, change from \u201cimh\u201d to Default<\/strong> or Simple<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click Edit Settings<\/strong> below.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. On the left, select Software<\/strong>, then Manage WordPress Sets<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Click Create Set<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Add a Name of the set<\/em> and click Create<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Click Add Plugins<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Search and check the box beside the plugin. Then, click Add<\/strong> at the bottom. Repeat for each plugin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Close the pop-up box once done.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Click Add Themes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. Search and check the box beside the theme. Then, click Add<\/strong>. Repeat for each theme. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
