Managing transactions in weForms is only available with the Pro version and uses the table format that is similar to many WordPress management interfaces.  This tutorial will walk you through the different parts of the interface and describe how to access each option.  <em>Note: Transactions will not appear until you have setup a form with the payment options enabled and configured.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this article:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"#transactions-table\">Describing the weForms Transactions Table<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#transaction-details\">Viewing the Transaction Details<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"alert alert-info\">Need to a safe, secure home for your WordPress site? You\u2019ll find optimized servers scaled to your budget needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"transactions-table\">weForms Transactions Table<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When you are processing transactions with your forms, you will need to be able to manage these interactions.  weForms provides a method an option to see all transactions from their forms.  Once you\u2019re in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inmotionhosting.com\/support\/edu\/wordpress\/logging-into-wordpress-dashboard\/\">WordPress Administrator Dashboard<\/a>, click on <strong>weForms<\/strong>  , then click on <strong>Transactions <\/strong>to see the table. You can choose multiple transactions and delete multiple entries.  Deleted entries are kept in the Trash and remain there until removed.<\/li><li><strong>Numbered link<\/strong> and <strong>Details<\/strong> \u2013 This option numbers the transaction and provides the specific details on the transaction.  Clicking on either link will bring you to the transaction details page.<\/li><li><strong>Amount<\/strong>, <strong>Transaction ID<\/strong> and <strong>Created<\/strong> date \u2013 Provides a summary of the transaction total, the transaction ID, and the day that the transaction was processed.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"transaction-details\">Transaction Details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When you click on the numbered link or the details link you will see the entry details for the transaction . The screenshot below displays an example of the transaction details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inmotionhosting.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/weforms-transaction-details.png\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have created a transaction, you will be able to manage its record through the weForms Transaction Table.
