Even if Google reports the tracking code has been detected and installed, you may have syntax errors that can cause problems.<\/p>\n<p>To properly check your Google Analytic tracking code, you should first ensure it is installed, and then ensure there are no errors within the tracking code iteslf. In this tutorial, we will walk you through these steps.<\/p>\n<h2>Ensure your tracking code is installed<\/h2>\n<div>To check if your tracking code is installed, please see Google\u2019s official documentation <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/analytics\/bin\/answer.py?hl=en&amp;answer=1008083\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>. In this case the following error is thrown:\n<p style=\"color: #ff0000; margin-left: 20px;\">The _setAccount API expects an account string for argument 0.
