However, we cannot guarantee an instant response and solution to new questions, although we respond as soon as possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We<\/strong><strong> cannot access your hosting account from Community Support Center requests.<\/strong> If you need immediate assistance: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"\/support\/amp\/how-to-contact-customer-service\/\">Contact Customer Service<\/a> for billing, and domain registration and transfers<\/li><li><a href=\"\/support\/amp\/how-to-get-great-technical-support\/\">Contact Live Support<\/a> for technical support and everything else<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We cannot honor email requests from the Community Support Center<\/strong>. You must contact one of our live 24\/7 departments above for email correspondence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"pii\">Don&#8217;t Give PII or Verification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Because we don&#8217;t have access to your hosting account from the Community Support Center, you should never post verification or personally identifiable information (PII). This includes payment information, usernames, passwords, email addresses, and other contact information that cyber criminals could use in <a href=\"\/support\/security\/identifying-phishing-scams\/\">phishing scams<\/a> such as the <a href=\"\/support\/email\/scam-email-on-this-day-i-hacked-your-os\/\">\u201con this day\u201d<\/a><a href=\"\/support\/email\/scam-email-on-this-day-i-hacked-your-os\/\"> phishing email<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"alert alert-info\"><strong>Note: <\/strong><a href=\"\/support\/security\/why-security-is-important-for-small-businesses\/\">Learn more about security for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"specific\">Be Specific<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The more information you give us in your initial request, the better the assistance we can offer. You don&#8217;t need to give your website or other personal info for all situations for us to help you better. Provide what steps you followed to reach a problem, what troubleshooting you tried, and if you followed any of our articles related to your problem.
