If you have a WHMCS administrator user<\/em> that you would like to have access to a Support Department, you can learn how to add an administrator to the Support Department<\/strong> in this guide.<\/p>\n

Assign Administrator<\/h2>\n

  1. Log into the WHMCS Administrative Dashboard.<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Navigate to Setup > Support > Support Departments<\/i>.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the Edit<\/b> icon to the right of the Department<\/i> you would like to add an administrator user to.<\/li>\n
  4. Under the Deatils<\/i> tab, select the checkbox next to the admin user to enable them next to the Assigned Admin Users<\/b> heading.<\/li>\n
  5. Click the Save Changes<\/b> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
