WHMCS allows you to modify and even create your own custom e-mail templates. For instance, if your client submits and\/or replies to a Support Ticket the WHMCS Ticket System<\/em> will receive their submission and modify the status accordingly. You can, however, create an email notification to alert you when a client takes action on a Support Ticket. In this guide you can learn how to create a ticket email notification<\/strong> using WHMCS<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Create a Notification Email Template<\/h2>\n

  1. Log into the WHMCS Administrative Dashboard.<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Hover over the Setup<\/i> tab, then click on Email Templates<\/strong> from the list of menu items.<\/li>\n
  3. Select the Type<\/b> (of Email Template<\/em>) you would like to create. For this example, Notification<\/i> is selected.<\/li>\n
  4. Type a name of the template into the Unique Name:<\/b> field. For this example, New Technical Support Ticket<\/i> is entered.<\/li>\n
  5. Click the Create<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
  6. Enter the details of your notification into the form and then click the Save Changes<\/b> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
